Alderwood Landscaping specializes in custom, high-end residential landscape construction — outdoor living spaces, fire features, water features, and stone hardscapes. We do not perform lawn maintenance or commercial/tract work.

Pay: $24.00–$29.00+/hour, depending on experience, plus average production incentives of $2.50–$3.00+/hour. Benefits included (see below).

Responsibilities:

Assist with construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, fire pits, and other hardscape elements.
Operate hand tools and light equipment, with training.
Move and place landscape materials (stone, gravel, pavers, soil, etc.).
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Follow site safety procedures and crew leads' direction.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation to job sites required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor consistently.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Prior landscape construction experience preferred, but not required.
